CARGO & RETURN & CHANGE

CARGO

Your paid order will be delivered to the cargo company within 7 working days at the latest after the day you place the order. There is no shipping on weekends and public holidays. When your order is received and processed by the cargo company, your tracking number is sent to the e-mail address you created for your order. The following conditions apply for orders with EFT/Money Transfer method and cash on delivery;

  • Orders paid at the door, which are not pre-approved within 2 working days, will be canceled without notice.

  • Orders created by EFT/Money Transfer method will be canceled without notice if they are not paid within 2 working days.

 

For Your Order Cancellation Requests:

If your order is in the preparation stage, if your product has not been delivered to the cargo authorities yet, contact MUMUMsomycandle mumumsomycandle@gmail.comYou can report it by sending an e-mail to   Your order that has not been delivered to cargo will be canceled within the first business day.

RETURN & CHANGE

RETURN

From MUMUMsomycandle You can return the product you ordered within 30 days from the date of delivery to you or the person/organization at the address you indicated, provided that it has not been used, without giving any reason.

Regarding your return requestAfter informing MUMUMsomycandle, you can send the product(s) back with your invoice, unused and undamaged, by courier free of charge.

As the product return and replacement conditions, the practices in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 4077 are essential.

 

The conditions under the return are as follows;

  • We kindly ask you to fill in the original invoice and the return form on the back of the product to be returned, and send it to the return address specified by MUMUMsomycandle in a complete, unused and undamaged packaging.

  • If the invoice of the product you want to return is issued on behalf of an institution, it must be sent with the return invoice issued by the institution. Otherwise, the return process cannot be completed.

  • Returns of products with damaged original box/packaging, a shipping label affixed on the box, or products that have been taped with cargo duct tape are not accepted. Products received in this way will be sent back as received, with the other party paid.

  • All standard accessories of the product, if any, must be shipped undamaged and in full original packaging.

  • Returns are not accepted if the products have been used or modified.

  • After your product is received by MUMUMsomycandle, its compliance with the above-mentioned return conditions is checked. In case the return is approved, the product price will be refunded to you in line with your payment method, according to the repayment terms of the bank you use, as of the confirmation notification sent to your e-mail address. If your return does not comply with the return conditions; The relevant product is sent back to your address free of charge by cargo.

  • When the return of the product price is completed, you will be notified via e-mail. If the payment method is 'Transfer/EFT', the refund will be refunded to your IBAN account in 5 working days. The reflection time of your refund on your statement varies depending on your bank. In case of delay, you can get detailed information from your bank. When the return of the product price is completed, you will be informed via e-mail.

 

CHANGE

You can change the products you ordered from MUMUMsomycandle within 30 days from the date of delivery to you or the person/organization at the address you indicated, provided that they have not been used.

In order to start your exchange process, you can contact the online support section or  mumumsomycandle@gmail.comYou need to provide information to   by e-mail.

After informing MUMUMsomycandle about your exchange request, you can return the product(s) with your invoice, unused and undamaged, by cargo free of charge. We kindly ask you to indicate in writing that there is a "Change Request" on the form on the back of the invoice, and write the color you want instead of the product you want to exchange.

After checking the compliance of your product(s) with the exchange conditions, the status of the exchange process will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as possible. If the product you want is available in our stock, it will be sent to you free of charge within 1 working day. If the product is out of stock, the fee you paid will be refunded to your account according to your payment method.
